Some customers and prospective customers choose not to receive unsolicited marketing communications. PowerHub has obligations to respect that choice under the National Energy Retail Law, The Telecommunications Act 1997, the Do Not Call Register Act 2006, and the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

If this is your preference, then please contact PowerHub and we will include your details on our “No Contact List”.

There is no cost to you to be added to PowerHub’s “No Contact List” and there is no cost to you to be removed from the list if you later change your mind.
Initial requests to be added to the “No Contact List” remain valid for a period of two years, after which you may renew your no contact request for subsequent periods of two years.
