Rebates & Concessions
The way we apply available rebates or concessions differs depending on the State or Territory you reside in and the utilities you use.
Queensland – Electricity Customers
If you are an eligible electricity customer, your concession will be applied directly to your electricity bill. If you have not provided us with your concession card details, you can do so via our website here.
Alternatively, you can call us on 1300 196 673 (Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm AEST).
Further information on available concessions is available via the following link:

Queensland – Bulk Hot Water Customers
Unfortunately, bulk hot water customers are not eligible for a concession. The Queensland Government does not currently offer any rebates for Serviced Bulk Hot Water customers.
New South Wales – Electricity On-Supply Customers
For eligible NSW on-supply customers, electricity rebates are paid directly to the customer’s bank account every financial year by Service NSW. For information on available concessions and assistance and details of how to apply, please visit: Service NSW – Concessions, rebates and assistance
