Exempt Seller (On-Supply) Sites
PowerHub acts as agent for the following sites where an Exempt Seller on-supplies electricity to customers within an embedded network:
- Shorty O'Neil Village (1 Braceman St, Broken Hill NSW 2880)
- Tweed Grandview Terraces (61 Marana St, Bilambil Heights NSW 2486)
The following tariffs and fees apply to customers residing at these sites only.
On-Supply Sites - Electricity Tariffs
Effective date: 02 July 2026
Relevant sites: Shorty O'Neil Village & Tweed Grandview Terraces
Tariffs (inc. GST):
- Supply charge: 179.73c per day
- Usage Charge: 33.26c per kWh
These tariffs are 16% below the reference price. This calculation is based on an average residential customer who consumes 4,600 kWh a year on a single rate (flat) tariff in the Essential Energy network. The reference price is the local area retailer's standing offer. The local area retailer is Origin Energy.
On-Supply Sites - Hot Water
Effective date: 02 July 2026
Relevant sites: Tweed Grandview Terraces
Tariffs (inc. GST):
- Supply charge: 62.71c per day
- Usage Charge: 3.93c per MJ
On-Supply Sites - Fees & charges
- Late Payment Fee: $10.90 (GST exempt) May apply if your bill is not paid by the due date.
- Other fees: Fees may apply if your property is disconnected for non-payment, and when reconnected after a disconnection. Fees are equal to the regulated rates charged by the local area distributor.
